AvayaLive has hit the cloud and is now available to new and old customers alike. The company recently revealed that AvayaLive Connect will be hosted on the public cloud, providing an integrated suite of unified communication tools for small businesses. New customers can even try out the solution for a free trial that lasts 30 days. AvayaLive Connect is one of the first public cloud offerings from the company, and is available within the Avaya Collaborative Cloud framework for $19 per user per month. As it supports PC, Mac, iOS, and Android (News – Alert) devices, companies with BYOD environments won’t have to worry about interoperability issues. But should anyone not have a compatible device, Avaya does offer full-featured desktop phones.
